Booking and Payment Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
All jet hire bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure the best aircraft options and availability. For last-minute bookings, we will make every effort to accommodate you.
2. Payment
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to departure. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods. All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of flight cancellation by the company.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled flight will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled flight are non-refundable.
4. Pricing
Our prices are all-inclusive, covering flight time, crew services, airport fees, and in-flight amenities. Any additional services requested, such as catering or ground transportation, may incur extra charges, which will be communicated prior to booking.

1. Flight Adjustments
Any changes to the flight schedule must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. If a change is not possible within this timeframe, we will attempt to accommodate your needs based on aircraft availability.
2. Passenger Conduct
We ask that all passengers adhere to basic conduct guidelines during the flight. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in the flight being terminated and additional charges may apply.
3. Luggage and Safety
We advise that you pack light to ensure space for all passengers. We are not responsible for damage to personal items during the flight. All luggage must comply with airline security regulations.
